THE MECHANISM
One ask. Verified, moderated, reused.
01 IT ASKS
Timed off the order.
The ask fires from delivery data, once, and never again if the customer answers.
02 IT VERIFIES
Matched to a purchase.
A review with no order behind it never reaches the page.
03 IT MODERATES
Nothing publishes unseen.
Photos and words queue for your approval first — and the reply that goes back is yours to write.
04 IT SYNDICATES
Collected once. Sells everywhere.
The proof reappears in the win-back, the chat answer, and the ad.
ACT 01 — COLLECTION

WHAT ONE ASK BRINGS BACK
Every review carries its own proof.
A single verified review is more than a star count. Each one arrives with the words, the photo, and the order behind it — the raw material every other Retrics product reuses.
A STAR RATING
One to five stars.
Timed off the delivered order and matched to the purchase behind it — never an anonymous drive-by.
THE CUSTOMER’S WORDS
In their own voice.
The sentence they actually wrote, held for your moderation before a word of it publishes.
CUSTOMER PHOTOS
Proof you can see.
Product photos with their EXIF metadata stripped and scanned before they ever reach the page.
A VERIFIED FLAG
The order, attached.
Every review carries the purchase it came from. No matching order, nothing published.
PROOF, AT SCALE

QUESTIONS
The honest answers.
What is Retrics Reviews?
Reviews is the verified-UGC product in the Retrics suite. It asks for a review off your order data, verifies it against a real purchase, holds it for your moderation, and then syndicates the approved proof into Campaigns, Chat, and your ads. It is coming soon and not yet live.
What does Reviews collect?
Star ratings, the customer’s written words, and product photos — each one tied to the order behind it. Photo metadata (EXIF) is stripped and media is scanned, and nothing is attributed to a customer without a matching purchase.
How does verification work?
Every review is matched to an order in your store before it can publish. A review with no purchase behind it never reaches the page, so the “verified purchase” badge means exactly what it says.
Does anything publish automatically?
No. Words, photos, and the reply you write all queue for your approval first. You publish or hold each one — nothing auto-publishes, and there is no unattended feed of customer content going live on its own.
Does AI write the reviews or the replies?
Neither. The review is always the customer’s own words, and the reply is always yours: AI copy for anything a customer reads is switched off across Retrics today, so no model writes a reply for you. Reviews matches the purchase, screens the media, and queues the review — you write the reply and approve what publishes.
How does Reviews feed the other Retrics products?
Reviews writes into the same customer graph the rest of the suite reads, so one approved review can be quoted back in a Campaigns win-back, cited by Chat when a shopper asks, used in an Autopilot ad, and pinned to the customer’s profile in Retention. Collected once, reused everywhere — and each destination carries its own product status.
Is Reviews available yet, and what will it cost?
No. Reviews is coming soon for repeat-purchase Shopify brands — there is nothing to run yet, and no early-access build to be let into. Planned pricing is a flat figure around $15 per month, confirmed at launch. Nothing is billed today.
Which brands is Reviews for?
Repeat-purchase Shopify brands — consumables and replenishables where customers reorder on a rhythm — the same brands the rest of Retrics is built for. It is not built for one-and-done catalogs.
