CAMPAIGNS AND LOYALTY LAND IN THIS SAME APP — SAME GRAPH, SAME LEDGER
01 — RETENTIONLIVE
It sees the drift before the churn.
Personal reorder windows flag who is overdue, the win-back audience is frozen for your approval, and a control is withheld and never messaged so the evidence for what the outreach did keeps accumulating — the recovered figure itself is not published yet.

Audiences that wait for a reason.
An audience builds when behavior opens a window, then clears the gates the pipeline actually enforces — a deliverable address or a consented phone, the suppression list, and the withheld control — before you export it. Sending from Retrics, and scheduled delivery, are unavailable in this release.

HOW IT PROVES RECOVERY
Withheld until the holdout can settle it.
Where an audience is large enough, a slice is left alone on purpose — the treated group is then measured against that holdout’s own return rate, not against a fixed figure.
The recovered-revenue figure is withheld today. The holdout is still carved and never messaged on every eligible send, so the evidence accumulates — but the comparison is being rebuilt to count only the customers a message actually reached, and Retrics won’t publish a dollar measured over anything looser.
~2.7%

QUESTIONS
The honest answers.
What the app does, what it is allowed to touch, and how a recovered dollar earns the right to be counted.
What does the Retrics app do?
Retrics Retention is the live app for Shopify brands. It reads your order history, learns a reorder cadence for each customer — their own where their order history supports one, the product’s or your shop’s median where it does not — and each product’s repeat rhythm, and flags who is drifting or overdue. It ranks the next best action by expected dollars and freezes the win-back audience with a control withheld from it. You write the message — nothing model-written goes out — and once you approve it, Retrics hands you a campaign-safe export with the control already dropped, so the evidence for what the outreach actually recovered keeps accumulating. Sending from Retrics — direct email, SMS, WhatsApp, scheduled delivery and the Klaviyo audience handoff — is unavailable in this release: export the campaign-safe CSV and send it from your existing platform.
What access does Retrics need to my store?
Core Retention analytics runs on read-only Shopify scopes — read_customers, read_orders, and read_products — so the app that ships today can learn from your store but can never change an order, product, price, or customer. Optional modules ask for the extra permission they need and nothing beyond it: Loyalty requests discount write access so it can issue the rewards you configure, and Shopify shows you that request to approve before it is granted.
Does Retrics contact my customers?
No. Sending from Retrics is unavailable in this release — direct email, SMS, WhatsApp, scheduled delivery and the native Klaviyo handoff are all switched off. You write every message yourself, approve the audience, and export it campaign-safe to send from your own platform. Autonomy is earned: capabilities start in suggest-only mode, graduate to approval, and only then act inside explicit limits, always with a kill switch.
How does Retrics prove recovered revenue?
Where an audience is large enough to withhold one, a randomly chosen slice is held out and never messaged, and the treated group is compared against that holdout’s OWN return rate. Audiences too small to split carry no control of their own and are read observationally against the fixed ~2.7% natural-return floor instead. Neither lane publishes a dollar today — the comparison is being rebuilt to count only the customers who were actually messaged.
Which parts of the app are live today, and which are early?
Retention is live: reorder windows, drift scoring, frozen win-back audiences with a withheld control, and 130+ SQL-backed retention metrics across 16 analytics report pages all ship today. Two things deliberately do not: AI drafting is off today: Retrics won’t send model-written copy until it can mechanically prove a draft carries no discount, deadline or offer you never authorised. You write the message — the audience, the holdout and the campaign-safe export are unchanged. The recovered-revenue figure is withheld today. The holdout is still carved and never messaged on every eligible send, so the evidence accumulates — but the comparison is being rebuilt to count only the customers a message actually reached, and Retrics won’t publish a dollar measured over anything looser. Campaigns is in early access and Loyalty is coming soon — both run inside this same app, on one customer graph and one proof ledger.
Which brands is the app built for?
Repeat-purchase Shopify brands — coffee, supplements, skincare, pet, household refills, and other consumables where customers reorder on a rhythm. Retention learns a cadence per customer — their own once they have repeat history, the product’s or your shop’s median until then; it is not built for one-and-done catalogs.
What does it cost, and is there a trial?
Flat monthly plans, billed per store with no per-contact metering: Growth $49, Scale $199, and Concierge $799 per month. Every plan starts with a 14 days free trial and no credit card up front. See the pricing page for exactly what each plan includes.
